When we pick away the concrete life layers on us we can find our gold!

We let others pile it on, we pile it on and over time we get lost and no matter how big the mirror is, we can't see who we are.

We are hidden under layers of it... but it cracks.

It that small crack you can start to chip away the concrete to see your GOLD.

• You're stronger than you think... Don't give into the dragon trying to defeat you.

• Remember your passion ... I urge you with all my heart to recall your passion and breathe new life in it! Dust if off and lead!!!

• Staying true to yourself.... That is the challenge of all challenges!

• Find the mother of all motivations... How often do you visit this mother?

• Live a glorified life... you were designed for it!

• Be the director of your life... don't cast any villains, doubters, naysayers in your movie.

• Last. What direction are you going? Be VERY clear on the direction you are going. Fear and doubt will try to change that direction. Captain my captain... be YOUR captain of YOUR dreams and STAY focused on WHERE YOU want to GO!
