Cancellation, No Show, and Late Policy
Your time is important and valuable, as is ours.
Please give 48 - 72 hours notice if you cannot keep your appointment. Please review your contract for the policy on canceled appointments.
Any appointments missed or canceled with less than 48 hours notice will require payment equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.
If you are ten or more minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be limited to avoid impacting other scheduled guests.
